I have the right to decline your request if I feel uncomfortable or
unable to follow through for any reason.✦ TURN AROUND TIME ✦
Turn around time is dependant on the project but it can take 3 to 5 months✦ PAYMENT ✦
Currency accepted is CHF and will be paid through a PayPal invoice.
All commissions must be paid in full upfront.✦ REFUND ✦
A full refund can only be given if i have not yet started on the artwork
After drawing has started a partial refund may be given based on how much work was done✦ CORRECTIONS ✦
Changes and correction must be requested as early as possible
The overall look of the commission will not be changed after the sketch phase, otherwise i might request additional compensation
Mistakes i made with the characters design will always be corrected free of charge
