I have the right to decline your request for any reason.
Turn around time depends on the project but it can take up to 3 months.
I retain ownership of my art as well as the right to publish it online.✦ PAYMENT ✦
Currency accepted is CHF and will be paid through a PayPal invoice.
Commissions must be paid in full upfront. Payment plans can be discussed for bigger projects.✦ REFUND ✦
A full refund can only be given if i have not yet started on the artwork.
After drawing has started, a partial refund may be given based on how much work was done.✦ CORRECTIONS ✦
Changes and correction must be requested as early as possible
The overall look of the commission will not be changed after the sketch has been approved, otherwise i might request additional compensation
Mistakes i made with the characters design will always be corrected free of charge!
